| Horticulture/Landscape Horticulture students may arrange
through their advisor to enroll in HORT 487, Internship,
and engage in off-campus professional work for one
semester, earning credits toward their degree while
receiving on-the-job experience. During recent years,
horticulture and landscape horticulture students
have participated in this program working in nurseries
and greenhouses, in the Extension Service,
with seed companies, landscape contractors, wineries, and other
commercial firms, and in research. Internship information
may be obtained from the office
staff in 111 Shepardson. |
