At this year's Western Colorado Horticulture Society's annual banquet held on January 22nd, the recipient of the 2003 Lifetime Membership Award was Harold Broughton of Delta, Colorado, for many years of faithful service to the industry. Harold graduated from Colorado A & M, now CSU, in 1955 with B.S. degrees in Horticulture and Physical Education. |
